It wasn't even my hat! Some guy's NY Yankee hat flew off and I saw it and he had some bags in his hands so I went to fetch it. As I was bending over a car horn honked as loud as I've ever heard. I didn't realize that I was in the middle of the street. My legs felt like rubber bands. Then I ran to the wrong side of the street.
Say, is that why women go out with anyone in the world but me?

yes i dod but it was in the field
the wind was preatty strong and i really liked my hat
the funny part was that there was a river near by and it flew on the other side

I never chased a hat, but I once chased my car across a parking lot. I had parked by car and was walking away when I looked back and saw my car rolling away. The parking brake wasn't holding and the car was on a slight hill.
