Yes. Anything that can crawl can crawl into a building. If it can climb, it can end up all the way to the top. Any flying creature can also enter a building. They can also fly anywhere. Anyone who enters a building can bring in anything that flies or crawls with them, either in a cage or on their clothes, either deliberately or without even knowing.
