i have my own theroy for who but i want to hear yours, also i cant figure out WHY so any theroys on that are also welcome

It was Jack be Nimble and it was an accident. He was jumping over his candle stick and he nearly hit the wall when he landed. He put out his arms to not hit the wall and he accidentally hit Humpty Dumpty instead. Since he is quick he ran off before the Kings Horsemen and Kings Men arrived. Of course he is guilty of hit and run. Fortunately Little Miss Muffet has a security camera and the whole thing was caught on tape.

Those good old days, when i used to sing out that saga merrily, i always thought it was the good looking teacher who pushed h'ty-d'ty relaxing peacefully on that wall! now, you have a point in setting an investigation on the move! maybe, an accident? just to tell us "take care" ! take care!
