Scientists involved in cloning?

For a school assignments I have to do six precis with a partner (three each) I need to find a scientist/ professor to do with cloning that is neither for nor against cloning but is sort of sitting on the fence. Any answers would be greatly appreciated!

What is your question? What are the risks of experimenting with cloning? Are they being adequately managed? Were the risks of genetic engineering adequately managed? I guess I don't qualify, because I recognize the risks, unlike those motivated by fame and profit. So please, go ahead, ask a question.
