Im 16 years old and like to weightlift and workout. But i also masturbate. ( which im trying to stop ) Is masturbation bad for weightlifting? Does masturbation make you weaker?

No it is not bad, and no it does not make you weaker.

Using muscles more cannot make you weaker, if anything, it will make them slightly stronger. So, why try and stop? Just do it whenever it suits.

yes bc when you masturbate you lose testosterone which you really need when working out or doing something competetive.


Also i have heard that female boxer have sex before a fight to get that extra boost of male testosterone.

No it doesn't make you weak nor does it harm you in any other way. There is no reason to stop, its the least expensive, most intense and safest fun you can have.

no it isn't bad that i know of.I don't think it makes you weaker at lest it hasn't me.
