You should probably go to a doctor or therapist if this has been a problem for a while. They can tell you if this is a serious problem, and whether you need a prescription or counseling. Until then, maybe this will help a little; try looking around you when you go out in public, realize that most people aren't really paying attention to you, and (no offense) but your life probably isn't so interesting that someone would spend so much time stalking you.

It is possible that you gain a sense of comfort being judged by others. Maybe family members and/or friends have consistently told you how to act or feel and you haven't broken away from that and do not comfortable in who you are yet. In a sense, the "someone" you feel watching or listening to you is that little angel&devil on your shoulders making decisions for you.
I suggest relaxation techniques (meditation, yogo, etc.) and regular exercise to free up your mind.

You need to seek the help of a therapist to talk about your problem. There are medications out there that can help.
Good Luck

Sit down and relax.
And think where/when it all started.
Then work from it.
Theraphists will also ask you the same question.
Theraphists are there to guide you if you can't make it on your own.

BOO!!
OK OK SORRY!! I couldn't resist. You need to talk to your doctor.
I would like to know how to get someone to treat their obsessive behavior! My aunt is obsessive about cleaning...which may not sound like a bad thing really...but you have no idea!
