Sunglass Repair?

I bought a pair of Chanel sunglass about 5 years ago for around $200. The frames are in perfect condition, but the lenses aren't. How much do you think it would cost to have the lenses replaced, and where would I go to get this done?? I'm wondering if it will just be cheaper to buy a new pair of sunglasses!

you can probably send them back to chanel...i do that with my maui jim sunglasses all the time. here'smwhat the chanel website says:
