I am 19 weeks pregnant and the last couple times I went swimming after the sun sets (water is warm, air temp is comfortable), I felt nausea and ill the whole day after.

Anyone else have/had this issue while pregnant?

It is the motion of the water, like when you have been on a boat all day. trying drinking a lot of fluids and not moving around to much. meaning oneday just soak and see if you get the same affect, if you do it might be the smell, good with waiting until the sun goes down.

I did. Honestly it was the feeling of the baby inside. it was like a sick gyro effect. But it was only while swimming.

Maybe you are over doing it and getting dehydrated or exhausted and its taking a toll the next day? Its so easy to over exert yourself when pregnant.

its the smell of the cholrine(sp?) thats doing it. i had the same problem at first. Your nose is more sensitive so some things will make you feel kind of gross.
