By best, I mean the best salary, best quality of life, best lifestyle, etc.
Just wondering because I one day plan on being a doctor.

I'd say the US....but I would also say (and no offense) that I would never go to you to cure me.
I personally would like to have a doctor who is interested in helping me feel better, not to make loads of money off of me. Sorry.

USA if you want the $$$$ but if you are into helping people I would say a 3rd world country

Seems like they all move to the USA we have all foreign born doctors in this area.
