It falls out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And if you breastfeed and stop, it falls out some more for like 3 months. It sucks really bad, but having a beautiful baby is worth it!

There is no definate answer for that question. I have had two very different pregnancies. With my first born my hair grew like a wild fire, but the second time around it got thicker and shedded alot. Most of my friends experienced longer thicker manes as well. I suggest using a deep conditioner as often as possible. My beautician even suggested I use real mayo every two weeks b/c it strengthens your hair. If you are skeptical about using actual mayo, there are hair care products made mostly from mayo sold at all beauty supply stores.

You will grow hair where you wouldn't have ever imagined. My hair got thicker and grew like a bad weed. It was flighty and out of control. I wore pony tails most of the time. My eyebrows were wild and woolly. I had to get them waxed every week instead of every 2. My leg hair, let's not go there. Once that baby was born, It all tamed back down. I'm back to normal. I hope this answers your question. Not to scare you, just letting you know my personal experience. This was the one thing that was the same with all three of my pregnancies. Have a great hairy day!!! LOL

I slowly noticed that my hair became more and more frizzy- not like a fuzz ball but I have very straight hair that I can hop out of the shower, completely wet with, towel dry and be on my way w/o it looking too bad (but I do like to style it). Now if I try that I have hair that curls out, hair that curls in and hair that sticks out from the rest... Not happy about that. I think a lot of women have the same problem, so more extreme though. Some womens hair gets more greasy and some get more dry, some women go straight after wavy (to have it return to straight after birth) and the opposite...

It will grow a lot while you are pregnant. It will look really thick and healthy which is good! After about a month or so after you're hair will start falling out. Probably a good idea to get it cut a little.

it might look fab one day and drab the next - my hair was like that, but it definitely grew thicker and had a healthy sheen too! you know how they say pregnant women glow? well my hair did too!
but dont listen to mary m - why should you cut your hair short so baby cant pull it? my hair is and always has been down my back and my son sat and tousled it for hours! i thought that the advice to cut your hair was rather shoddy and nothing to do with what you are asking!
hope that helps and sorry for my rant at the end there lol

it must be an allergic reaction and if iot would not flow away with in the subsequent 24-40 8 hours you ought to verify a dr approximately it besides the undeniable fact that that isn't any longer risky i've got talked to my dr. approximately dying my hair because of the fact curiously horribl;e my roots are over and inch long and that i dye mine black. She mentioned that approximately 10 years in the past it must be risky yet they make hair dye distinctive now and it would not injury the newborn it self. the only concern that is nice to be careful of is that if it receives contaminated because of the fact the an infection ought to get into your blood circulation and that must be volatile on your infant. stable success and whether it continues to be bothering you day after today perhaps you ought to flow to an ergent care or ER to be on the risk-free area while you're extremely apprehensive approximately it if no longer you ought to probable wait til monday to verify your very own dr.

It really depends. Alot of women get thicker fuller hair with beautiful luster. Some women get greasy hair that's hard to style. This time for me again, I've lost tons of hair and have bald patches. It's normal to lose alot of hair after your baby is born as well as your hormones change.

I am a hair stylist... every woman is different. A lot of people see no change, others have loss of hair while some have their straight hair go curly! I personally am 30 weeks prego and have seen no difference :)

that depends. up until the middle of my pregnancy my hair seemed to b shedding ALOT. now that im 8 months its alot more straight and silky and growing at a good pace. im lovin it. some people's hair may get thicker or thinner during pregnancy while others may have a change n texture. i guess it varies.
