My Gyno just treated me for Vaginosis four days ago and gave me a one day treatment for it. Now four days later my ho ho is burning twice as bad as before and I can hardly stand it. Is there anything over the counter to help this? Could it be a relapse? What causes vaginosis?

Bacterial Vaginosis is not an STD. You can be having a relasp. Call you doctor.

he could have misdiagnosed you, especially since your symptoms are worse, i would call your doc again, im not even sure what it could be, maybe just a different strain of bacteria...
