I just got fired from wendy's today?!I will never work in fast food again!?

Question

I posted a question on here about getting sent home yesterday.Well today i went and told the general manager about everything,and he said that there was nothing he could do about it cuz he took me out of the system completely!He also told me that he had fired another employee cuz they called in sick fo 2 day's!That's the most bullshit thing i have ever heard!I didn't need the damn job anyway's!At least i won't be under that hot *** oil and nasty grease anymore.He also said that i no called no showed,but in actuality i did call,and i called for more than a half hour.They just didn't want to answer the damn phone!I have worked in fast food before and i hated it.It was my first job and now it will be my last!I don't like working in fast food anyways! Fast food employer's don't care bout' their employees,all they care about is filling in positions and the employees knowing how to do their job's and that's it.As far as i'm concerned wendy's can kiss my ***!**** wendy's.Any other opinions?

my first job was burger king. i worked there for 3 years and then i got a job at a bank with only fast food experince. So try a bank

i've got worked at virtually each and every ff eating place different than wendys. i understand they can not promote that plenty if it wasnt authentic yet i'm additionally puzzled. I do truck ordering on the BK i take care of and Our salad lettuce is in basic terms sturdy for some days in the previous it turns brown so we could desire to reserve the nicely suited quantity or we run out, i don't understand yet might decide to take heed to it from somebody who works there.

Wendy's is not exactly the place to work, but I don't believe that fast food restaurants are any worse than other big companies in terms of employee treatment. In my experience, larger companies are less likely to have attachment to individual employees and will thus have policies (like no call no show) that have little room for circumstantial details. Banks, while not exposing you to open vat fryers or hot grills, are just as likely to have corporate policies that will end up making you feel like you are not important to your employer.

You need to adjust your attitude. An employer is not there to provide you with a job. You are there to do what the employer needs!

You are correct. They hire people to do a job. They want the job done! All employers are the same in this regard!

You seem to think that you are owed something! You did not show up or contact your employer! You had not been ther long enough for them to think you were a good worked, and they terminated your employment.

You are not going to be a success in life until you understand that the world does not revolve around you!

yes you will ,but iif yooh don't liike workiing in fast food don't worry about it .yooh need to fiind a job that you liike .fiiding the right job for yooh means youll be able to do your job better beacuse yooh like what to do ! my opinion was that wasnt very smart .good luck with finding a new job
