oh hunny, i'm so sorry you're going through this. don't listen to those two b*tches. they only see the fetus, and not you. anyhow, i don't think you can get the medical abortion, as it's usually not given past 7 weeks gestation. you will more than likely have to go the route of the surgical abortion. from what i've heard, the medical is more painful and sometimes it can cause an imcomplete miscarriage. the surgical is less painful, especially if you opt to be 'knocked out' and it doesn't take too long at all. good luck.

i had an abortion 2 yrs ago i decided to go the pill route and yes it is painful the surgery is also painful but the pain for that one is more intense but shorter the pain with the pill is longer some people r different and it affects them differnt! 6 mo ago i gave birth to my daughter iam now married and i thought the pills i took for my abortion hurt more than my delivery but anywas it is going to hurt but they will give u pain pills!!! i went to planned parent hood the nice thing about the pill is u do it urself at home u go to the office and u take a pill by mouth then u go home and insert 4 in the vaginal area and within 20 min the abortion starts to happen i know i couldnt have done it with out my mom!!!! if u call planned parent hood they will give u info over the phone about both it a recording so it wont be anacctual person telling u and u can decide what is best for u good luck honey and im sorry this happend to u!!!! 1 more thing this is very important...... i belive they will not do any abortion past 3 months and the pill one they will not do past 2 i think im not 100 % sure but check on that asap. u are to late though for the morning after pill that is the easiest way!! but its okay u will be okay just think at it as its only going to be painful for a couple of hours and then it over and u wont have anymore pain physical at least!!!!!! i m not gonna lie to u it hurt me and i threw up and was gagging it was awful and it went on for like 7 hr for me i inserted the 4 pills at 100 pm i think and i was feeling better by 7pm!!!! i hope this helped if u have any questions or need to know more details of what to expect u can email me at ashes96008807@gmail.com

Easiest way to find out honestly is to call your local planned parenthood. They will have all the info or atleast get you intouch with someone who does know. The easiest would be the pill but i think thats the more expensive form. (go figure right) But like i said.. i'd get a hold of planned parenthood and ask them. they'd know something for sure. GL

Go to a planned parenthood as soon as possible if there's one near you. Talk to the doctors and they will help you. You'll want to go ASAP.
I don't think you can take any pills for abortion after 8 weeks in the US.
If you truely have been raped please make sure you have filed a report so that this man doesn't do it to someone else.

that being said, I understand your decision....no lectures here. It's probably too late for the pill....you'll have to have a surgical abortion. I just hope you are prepared for the emotional consequences.

At eight weeks, it's too late for the pill. You are going to have to have the surgery.
I do not have experience with either so I couldn't give you specifics but make sure you go somewhere qualified.

No you cannot use the pill, plus I wouldn't recoment it, there have been several deaths linked to it. If you have health insurance check, because sometimes they pay for you to get put to sleep through the procedure, you just have to find a place. Good luck.

I would call around and ask, but I don't think you can have the pill at 8 weeks. I had mine done at around 8 weeks I think and I had to the other, it cost me $360.00 I think, and I wasn' that bad, I cramped and bleed for a few days but nothing that was unbearable.
