Alas, it does not. Unless of course, you're name happens to be Pinocchio. But otherwise people all over the world would be walking around with noses the size of trees. It's the truth-people lie, whether or not they'll admit to it. I have.

no, but some people do have telltale signs such as shifty eyes, can't look someone in the eyes, stuttering...etc. depends on the individual
