Is it normal to have cramps while 16 weeks pregnant, they have been coming off and on for about a month now, no spotting or anything, just some cramping any one else have that?

Yes, it is just your uterus stretching and making room for the baby. It is normal to go until 20 weeks. Some women even have pains during their whole pregnancy.

im 15 weeks and have been told by my obgyn that its just stretching
