Check your local snowboard shop. These are not wakeboard thumb screws as suggested above. Be sure to remember what type of bindings you have because the length of the screw depends on the thickness of your baseplate.
Typical hardware is a 6mm x 10-14mm (depending on bindings) Pan-head Philips screw. Your bindings might require a conical washer too. You can buy your own locktite for the threads if your shop doesn't have it.

Gotta hit the board shop. The average hardware store will not have the correct screw. Different bindings also use different screws...most are the same, but there are likely a few out there that are different.
The screws come with the bindings, so find a shop that carries your bindings. They usually have a few extra screws kicking around in the shop.

Burton has its own binding hole pattern, but you can get a plate that will work with another brand of snowboard. I have a K2 board with Burton bindings, but I don't remember if the bindings came with the adapter plate or I had to get one from the ski shop. Do NOT drill any new holes lol. Take it to a ski shop if you're really confused. I've never heard of your type of snowboard, but I'd imagine the hole pattern is the same as on any other snowboard.

Gotta go to a boardshop. Say "I need binding mounting screws." Make sure they have this coating called Lock-Tight (loc-tite, lock-tight, you get the idea). If they don't have them, your screws will constantly become loose everytime you ride.
