Im talkin about at the the movies. Why can't they do it? I am payin $20 for some stale bull popcorn the laest they can do is put the butter on it. If I go to Burger King and order a cheeseburger they don't make me put the cheese on it? Do they goddammit?

I can understand your frustration, but look on the bright side. With you putting your own butter on the popcorn, you can get as much or as little as you want. If a staff member did it, 9 times out of 10 they don't put enough butter or too much. As far as your Burger King comment, whether you put the cheese on the hamburger or the worker, it will be exactly the same hamburger- 1 piece of cheese on a hamburger.

I wish they'd let us put our own butter on the popcorn at the movies here. They put a tiny squirt on top, and the rest of the popcorn is dry. I'd LOVE to be able to put more on it!

If this is a real question and not rhetorical, yes, they put cheese on your cheeseburger (and if they don't, the fast food industry is going downhill -- fast). You can always try a different theatre or ask for extra butter.

I don't knwo where you go to the movies but every where I've gone they put the butter on. You must not have much of a life if that's all you have to complain about.

I don't even order popcorn anymore!
I have better things tospend $5 on other than the flakes that movie theaters charge you for.

Just ask for it or say yes they they ask you. Not everyone wants butter that is why they have it in a side container.
