Now that is one tough question! I would certainly want to speak out, but I'm not at all sure I would have the courage to do so. I would have to have others join with me in speaking out. Perhaps I'm a coward, I don't know, I have never been faced with this type of problem. This is relative to what happened in Germany, those who did speak out were put in with the dissidents & the crimes continued. It takes more than one voice to stop the government, any government, from crimes against the people. Those who answer "yes" so quickly, I hope they never have to face the reality of their answer!

They are going to lock up half of America? Uh huh, and you thought Iraq was bad...
Edit:
"which government... which dissidents... What labor camps? Are you speaking of the Soviet Union?... the closest thing to what you are asking here is "sensitivity training" that one is forced to take for having a non PC opinion... Now that is getting dangerous and no one is saying anything about that."
Sensitivity training is used in public schools. One could call it indoctrination. It doesn't always work because of outside interference from parents and other things.

I'll probably be in the first round of nonviolent dissidents picked up (with the rest of the Libertarians), so whether I speak out or not will be moot.

A dissident is not a criminal. If they are, George Washington was a criminal. As were every freedom loving individual since time began.
dis·si·dent (ds-dnt)
adj.
Disagreeing, as in opinion or belief.
n.
One who disagrees; a dissenter.
Nazis used forced labor camps, I guess we do also.
What have we learned.

Hell yes. Like most did when FDR was doing this during WW 2. He put over 250,000 American Citizens in Concentration camps (Mostly Japanese, but also Italians, Germans and Communists).
This is our basic right and duty.
And no it is not happening now in America.

-Does it matter? Nobody believes anything as it happens right in front of them. My fellow americans don't seem to be the brightest bunch. They don't discern reality very well

No. I would be so happy with this idea that I would go to the bank and draw out all my money and give it to the government so they could use it toward building more camps just like this.
