Can anyone recommend a good employment attorney in the Bay Area of Northern CA. Preferably in San Jose, CA

I am looking at hiring an attorney who does cases either pro bono or on a contingency case. I am low income and was laid off my job after they found out I had a disability. They claimed there was no work for me thus, their excuse for letting me go. The worse part is the next day I found my job in the help wanted section online. I would like a recommendation from someone who personally sued and won against a company. I believe my case is strong and I can win but ...I keep finding the lawyers that want $5,000 up front and I can not afford it.
Please help!

Thanks in advance,

P.S. I have a right to sue notice from the Department of Fair Employment and Housing - (if this helps)
