if you drink coffee or tea, stop - especially after lunch, these have caffiene which keeps your nervous system alert - and if you drink any of those sport drinks, check the ingredients, any caffiene then stop intake after lunch.

I would stop drinking anything with caffiene straight away, until you get your sleeping patterns right.

then do whatever it takes to relax, go have a hot bath, get some natural products which help relax you, cup of camomile tea with honey - a quiet dark room, and a boring book may start the ball rolling.

staying asleep...should you find yourself awake during the night, then just slowly lay down, stop thinking, especially dont say inside your head, ooh no Im awake now, try to remember what you may have been dreaming about, and before you know it you may fall back to sleep, but one trick I know works most of the time is sex - however you get your rocks off.

do you have any nagging worries, financial or romatic? try to solve these before bedding down...

good luck, hope you find a solution...

Okay...what you need to try is:taking a warm warm bath before bed, take Benadrill or however you spell it very early about an hour 30 mins to two hours before bed.I do it because it helps me rest better and it makes me fall asleep
faster.Or relax and think poitive good thoughts...

~Hope it helps!~
