It's not difficult at all for me. I think it depends on the person. Anyone content with who and what they are can use the term freely. I'm a man but I don't subscribe to the old beliefs that a man shouldn't cry, or a man can't show sensitivity. I pesonally believe I'm more of a man because I can do those things openly and without shame. I always sign off with friends with "love ya". It's almost my trademark. Because I do love my friends. They are more precious to me than riches. I see nothing wrong with showing love and saying "I love you". And you know what....LOVE YA.

To my friends its easy to be like oh I so love you.. they know I dont mean that I am in love with them.. Just a friendship love.. To my family hard, because they always think i want something.. Though it is odd since I havent lived with family since 15 and havent asked them for anything since then.. But to tell the guy I am into extremely hard.. I am terrified of how he is going to take it. And is he loving me back or just here for the sex...

Very hard. And for so many reasons. I sometimes doubt myself and feel like I'm only in the moment, so I always wait a few days after to see if I still feel the same way and also bc I feel like I am showing them a weak side of me. I can't explain that one, it's just the way I feel. It's sort of like, they can hurt me 10 times more than they could have when I never said those words.
But just so you know, I never told someone I was dating that I love them. I told my friends that I love then but it's in a different way. But still when I tell my friends I love them, it's the real deal. They have to be really good friends of mine in order for them to hear those words.

To my family - its difficult. Its something we all know but find hard to say.
To my friends - no. for the above reason
To the guy I love - I'd have to find him first, but I hope it will be easy.

Very Hard, because every time when I do have feelings for some one, they move or they have a girlfriend that already loves them, so... it is very hard for me to fall in love, but some how I think I love Zak but I don't know.

depends on the person. Very easy for me to tell anyone in my family I love them. I couldn't bring myself to say it to someone I was having those feelings for. I never told him

When you really mean the words,then it is so easy to say them....it is when you don't you mess up on them. And now a bright star for the lady with the prettiest eye on P&S. We do know you have another one !
