They must not live in Arkansas. Our last Democrat judge ended up being the biggest criminal in the county and he never let anybody off. He's no longer a judge anymore after his last DWI and stint in drug rehab. He's a sorry hypocrite b@st@rd! By the way I am THE ALL AMERICAN!!!! Democrats are the huge majority in Arkansas.

Shove your thumbs down where the sun don't shine!

No fox news does not count as a source, they are much too partisan.

You need to find a link from a legit source, not partisan, in order to back up your claim, which you have not done.

Then you need to find out why those were let go. Pehaps because the judges were following the constitution?

Look it up, then get back.

Peace

Jim

They believe in rehabilitation more than they believe in following the law.

I'm for this new social program (yep, I'd pay taxes for what I'm about to propose...it'll never happen though) where all the early releases...particularly the sexual predators...get to live in the property next door to the judge that releases them. We could make the homes to the left and right of the judge "board and cares" or "halfway houses".

Where is your evidence? In this country someone is innocent until proven guilty. Are you someone with an intimate expert knowledge of evidence and facts? Mebbe the real question is why 'Publican judges disallow testimony that would show that the Defendant is innocent? Broad brushes paint with two sides....

Another open fanasy of yours, devoid of facts. you continue to spout your infantile tirade.
"Even when the authority's have enough evidence that a criminal has been convicted of a certain crime, the judges still let them go free." How stupid are you? So you say they are let go after they are convicted...of what j-walking. where is your evidence?

Money.

Without letting them go they don't have enough money being hauled into the Judicial system to pay all the third-class prosecuting attorney's or supportive employees.

I see your point. You are really making a point, throwing out such a softball question. But, I shall smack the ball over the proverbial fence. Here goes:

The answer is simple. Democrats=soft on crime. Republicans=tough on crime. That's why we elect so many more Republican judges.

Further, Democrats tend to sympathize with the criminals (poor environment, bad parenting, blah, blah, blah). Republicans sympathize with the victims (you did the crime, now do the time). Republicans realize that no matter what "economic or social" conditions "caused" the person to turn to crime, he or she is still responsible for his or her actions.

Have a great day.
