i only have pads, no tampons. should i go in the pool with the pad on or no pad. is it ok if i swim during my period? i HATE periods!

As long as you wear a tampon or moon/diva cup you are ok. DO NOT go into the water without a tampon or cup!!!
Your period DOES NOT STOP or slow down in the water, it only gets dispersed so it only looks like it slows or stops.

My friend had to once but it's better to use a tampon if you can, but if you can't use one it would be better to use a pad just in case even though it does soak up all the water. But you can definitely still swim during your period, i hate them too, they suck!

Yhoo deffo can't go in the water with a pad on ..
It's really unhygenic and the pad will soak up all the water.
If yhoo wear a tampon however it will be fine.
If yhoo cant get hold of any im afraid yhoor stuck =S
