IVe unplugged, restarted the computer and configured my settings and it will not drag things.

so i cant do anything in photoshop or drag pictutres etc.

i dont think its the mouse.

Can you drag files and/or folders from one folder to another?

Is photoshop the only program that your mouse is giving you problems in?

If it's limited to photoshop, I'd recommend you save/backup any photoshop files you've created, etc. and try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it again.

If you are having problems in general, and it's an optical mouse, try cleaning the bottom of the mouse and remove any dust bunnies, etc. that may have built up there. This will cause the laser not to focus properly and the mouse will give you the types of problems you are encountering.
