Because if the female human were to lactate to give nutrition to juvenile and adult humans, she would be depleting her own nutrition to do so; do you think she should drink her own milk?
That is why human females prefer to lactate only for infants.
Milk is not a necessary food for weaned humans, and many people do just fine without it. It is not customary in China or Japan, for instance, to drink milk after being weaned.
However, milk is nutritious and can be a valuable addition to the diet.

why dont human feast on their own flesh instead of harvesting other species?

making your own species a source of any necessary nutrient makes your species very vulnerable. with reducing your population the nutrient gets rare and the population continues reducing to the extinction.

women lactate only for a limited amount of time and the milk is dedicated to newborn babies of theirs. cows, sheep, goats are lactating continuously and provide constant source of the milk.

it is comparaqble to the situation where one soil unit can feed lets say 100 crop producers, but only 10 nomads breeding their goats. the higher in the food chain your nutrient source stands, the sparser it is and so are the resources obtained from its harvesting.
