Obviously, Thor would win. Currently empowered by the Odinforce and Runes Magic, Thor is practically an omni-potent being in his own right. Thor easily defeated the demon who crushed his father Odin. Thor then took down Loki like an ant-eater eating ant (by riping Loki's head off, rofl....). Then Thor literally disrupted the web of time and life. During the series portraying Thor with Odinforce, Thor was shown to have energy, time, and reality manipulation, powers combined that Iron Man, with no doubt, can not defeat, or even comprehend.
But seriously... with few punches from Thor, Iron Man's suit will shatter easily as World War Hulk shattered Hulkbuster's suit. What can Iron Man do? Send tens of massive-TNT rockets that hardly affected WWH. Anyone would think they would affect Thor then? Thor freaking withstood an army of giants and trolls before his inactivity before his recent comeback. A Runes magic spell annhilate the entire army. I think another prattling of spells would destroy Iron Man fifty times over. Or... Iron Man can use his uni-beam with his unique "sonic-scream." 1) I doubt a full-powered Uni-beam can even scratch the mighty Thor. 2) Thor's godly biology is way beyond that of the human body. On the other hand, Thor can just utter a spell and transfer Iron Man to a remote dimension.

Thor - Because he is a God afterall. Iron Man is intelligent, sharp, and has a great suit - But he is still a human - and he needs his suit for his protection. Thor doesn't needs anything. He is Immortal. His Hammer responds to him only. I'm not talking about that scene alone. I am talking about Iron Man VS Thor in general. So Thor would win.

That is a hard question to answer, because Iron Man has all those weapons and Thor has the powers of the Gods on his side. So it will be very hard to say who would win.

I think thor will win. Because Thor is not a mortal. He is a god. A god of thunder. Iron Man may be strong and equipped with all sorts of weapons but none of them are a match for Thor. So, if Tony Stark is as clever as they say, he might stay out of Thor s way.

i do see all these tor fans but actually iron man suits better than thor buster or hulk buster. Im sorry guys but his mark 51 suit or the suit which is made out of an alien (dont remember the name) can absorb energy and release it with so much power so as to bypass the opponents ability to absorb energy. He has easily survived nuclear bombs.
i know this might be hard to believe but there isnt any punishment thor can dish out that iron man cant handle while thor couldn't fall 30,000 feet (avengers) without being scared of dying. Im pretty sure iron man can win

Hmmmm.... Well it's already happened before when Thor did his bid for Godhood. Thor won that one even with the Iron Man Thorbuster armor.
Seeing how Tony Stark just got his *** handed to him by the Hulk? Thor. Besides,Thor's going to be really pissed when he finds out that Tony cloned him and used that to kill a friend? And the death of Captain America - to whom even Thor bows to? Picture a crushed sardine can.
Besides Iron Man has it coming.

Thor will win in the end, the reason why Thor will win is because Thor has the power of the God, his hammer can destroy anything that stands in his way, also, if they really want to kill each other, they battled with their full strength, Thor will win in the end, although in the forest, ironman's suit is able to block Thor's lighting, but science is science, God is God, even human with the super high technique science can't beat the God, God is the strongest science, I believe iron man's suit have weakness, although he invented a ironman's suit will be able to fly to space, but he isn't able to fly to Thor's world, if Thor really want to kill ironman, a way is to let him fly to Thor's world, if his ironman's suit can't fly to Thor's world, then ironman will loose, if ironman can fly to Thor's world, Thor can call all the soldiers including his father to help Thor to defeat ironman, this is what really proves, ironman can never beat Thor in the end, super high technique iron suit can't face the God, God's science is the strongest, that's the reason why I think Thor will win in the end. The way I just said, bring him to Thor's world and destroyed him, that's how to kill the ironman. Thank you.

While Iron Man is a formidable foe, Thor would take him down simply due to the fact that he is not a mortal man, but a god. Thor, the son of Odin, king of Asgard is currently now the strongest god due to Ragnarok and Odin having been killed. No mortal could withstand the mighty power of THor and his hammer Mjolnir.
