More of a 'start in the pm and finish in the am' sort of bloke myself.

us guys get a nice lil boost of testosterone in the early hours of the morning(and if you don't know what i'm talking about, guys, then try using a zinc/magnesium supplement for a coupla weeks - alot of people are deficient) which, if you're lucky, means most mornings you wake up feeling 'chipper'(and hitting the gym regularly really helps with that too for some reason!)...i know a woman's sex-drive is as dependent on testosterone as a man's but i don't think you get that extra boost we do?

for that anytime is a great time and the more times in a row is even better. cause marathons of it makes for loads and loads of enjoyment.

i have it morning and night most days and sometimes on my lunch break if our shift fall right! I do like it in the am though!

When I was in hospital nurse I got the needle morning , noon and night. But I always preferred having my blood taken in the afternoon by the lovely but fiendish little Italian nurse. She were exotic missy but she didn't arf 'urt.
