This is a constant battle in my house. I think the toilet paper should roll over the top.

Ah yes the age old question of over or under. I have given this problem much thought and its simple ergonomics.

If your right handed and roll is to your left and you wipe front to back, then over. However if the wipe is from back to front under. If the roll is on your left and you wipe front to back under and over if back to front. By following this guidelines you use fewer muscles hence less strain.

Now if your left handed it is common knowledge that lefties don't wipe themselves, so it doesn't matter

I really dont care which way it goes; as long as it is there I'm cool.
there is nothing worse than getting up in the middle of the night to go and tinkle and NO TOILET PAPER.
