i will advertise for them seperately and accordingly.

Should i maybe make all seperate? I want to start as many low cost businesses as possible to produce as much business and cash in the early stages.

But if i intertwine them how should i do my business cards? Would it be kind of unprofessional or confusing?

Call your business something non descriptive so you can change things as you see where you thrive.
Say it is Jack's Services with a motto saying something like No job too big, no job too small. Then a short list of jobs at the bottom like Auto Detailing, Lawn services, janitorial and maid service.
A separate card for the maid service might be better since you could then list some of the things you will do.
My mom is 80 and was thinking of giving up her house but we told her staying there and paying someone is much cheaper than moving. After Labor day she will try to find someone to wash walls, put in beauty bark, trim bushes and come back to keep the grass mowed. We will try to have someone come vacuum for her and eventual as she ages maybe do her laundry. She won't ask us kids since the youngest child is 58 and we already pay people to do our chores, not looking for more.

No! Do not intertwine them! They are three separate businesses with three separate business cards and three separate sets of books!
