I get stuck in a rut, and then I'll try something new, usually from Southern Living Magazine or one of their cookbooks. I did try a spinach, apple, walnut, and blue cheese salad, and added that to my limited menu because everyone raves about it.

I do both I been cooking for 35 yrs, July 4th is my best time,I cook for about 2 days striaght,,Bar-b-que,,Hash and a whole Hog..Come over sometime...
