ok guys i have a serious delimma. i am adopted and have found my birthmother, but my father is still m.i.a.

my 4 year old has developed a medical condition and i need to find him. i dont know if it is genetic, but its a possibility. i have to find him and so far i am coming up with dead ends.
i know this may be a long shot, but i need your help.

his name is james richard burton. born in 1951 (56 years old), vietmam vet, did some jail time here and there. raised in westland. has siblings named diane, norm, dave and denny. may be more but im not sure. he has lived in redford and possibly howell and garden city. i know at one time long ago he was a bouncer at a bar. does that sound familiar to anyone?
thats it. if anyone has any leads please help. everything i find costs money and i just dont have the cash to spend on a search.

muffin, good question, i dont have anything to put your mind at ease, all i can say is i am genuine. not much to go on, but its all i got. i dont want to ruin or disturb this guy, but my son is at stake and if this is what it takes to help him, i will type all day.

Try the Salvation Army, they are very good at finding people. The cost is free or minimal. They will want all the information that you can give them. My family has used them when trying to locate long lost relatives when there has been a death in the family.

Well, in the last few minutes I've found a record of a James R. Burton of Redford, MI born in March 1951 (listing from March 2006, so who knows if it's really current). I can't find anything in Howell or Garden City, though. See if this helps at all.
