I would like to take a shower with cold water and sit under a fan and meditate on Mount Everest.
Then I would take a bowl of water and put ice in it and put one of my hands in it. This is called a Chines air conditioner.
When one hand is in cold water, we cannot feel much of the heat with the rest of the body.
This is the principle of human mind. It can sense only one kind of sensation. Therefore it will sense cold with ice cubes in a bowl.
Now while we are at it, let me also say that when we are angry, we cannot feel like loving and we should not confuse some ones love when they are angry at us.
If some one is always angry, neither he or us can feel his love.
