Using marshall half stack for pa?

Will using my Marshall halfstack for audio from a movie I'm premiering mess it up?

Not if you're careful, but be VERY careful as it sounds like you are going to putting a line-level output into an instrument level input and that could cause problems. I recommend against it unless its all you've got. I did something similar ages ago, but there are plenty of other options available to you - rent a cheap P.A., or borrow one from somewhere. They aren't that expensive.
