Why is it that the more money you make the more money it takes? and how can you get past that feeling??

Wow that is the question of the millenium,first you have to ask yourself why have i let money get such a hold on me, money is nothing more than a tool we are the ones who give it the power, just like "Guns don't kill people, people kill people" I can point you to some great answers they are found in the bible money is talked about more in the bible than Hell is. Manage your money don't let it manage you.Check out your local christian book store for books from Crown financial Ministries very good teaching. all the best.

I think it is because you get accustomed to certain things and now feel you cannot live with out them. My husband and I are very well off, however we have always lived by this rule. We buy nothing that his income alone cannot cover. Everything that I earn is "golden" as he says. It goes into savings.

There is 2 kinds of needs in life...basic needs and superficial needs.......as we make more money, we take some of our superficial needs and unconsciously change them into basic needs. The solution is to make a list of what really are your basic needs and to cancel all those superficial ones.

That's not true.
We're pretty well off and we're very happy.
It's not the money....it's some of the people who have the money.
What about people who have money problems....some of them aren't so happy.
