Yes. I'm a divorced woman and I am a Christian. It really hurt me when I was judged by (some) other Christians.

I do not mean to blame or anything, I judge too, I know we all do things we should not and I love my fellow believers. But man, that really hurt.

We are all being evaluated by all other people we meet. It may be a fair or an unfair evaluation. This is just something that people do for various reasons. Usually it may be some form of insecurity on their part, or it may be part of their job if it is a boss or teacher.

Whatever other people do, remember the recommendation in the Bible, "Judge not, lest you be judged."

I agree with the YA person that said that we are judged all the time by everyone. I conciously or subconciously judge others every day.

I would have to say that my experiences with negative judgement from overt expressions have come from the same group in different parts of the world: Xenophobes and racists b/c of my multiracial features.

I am a christian and I love the lord, but there are atheist, agnostics, and people who judge me as serving an unkind God, I am seen as weak when I was in the army cause I choose to refrain from sex and alcohol, I am now seen as stupid at my Job for saying there is a god and he loves you, But I carry on, cause I am strong in Christ, no matter what people think

yup popular types in high school- y ? mainly because they were social cowards who liked to hide behind the 'group' factor. I never bought into this crap - I like my own company- people can be quite annoying and insecure! Ciao xx
