no. in order for any motor vehicle to be street legal, it must have been offered as a street legal model with turn signals, head lights, fenders, bumpers (obviously not for a motorcycle), smog compliance and street exhaust. In other words, if you rode a yamaha 250 dirt bike, but yamaha had offered it from the factory also as a street legal version, you could convert it to match the street legal version. In addition, it would have to meet some other requirements for size etc. sorry

i did see an article in a magazine about a street legal atv that was or is coming out soon,,if not already,,,,,i would google it
