You shouldn't be losing your virginity to a guy who hasn't gone through puberty yet. Sex is sex no matter how old.

You can lose your virginity the first time you have any kind of sexual contact. A virgin means you are clean from having sex before marriage. It doesn't matter who you have it with or how you have it. Virgins are pure maidens, untouched by man until they are married. That is what it means. So the answer is YES. And I hope that you have more sense than to do it if you are as young as that. I would hope you would want to stay clean for the man who will be your groom someday. You take a chance of losing the perfect guy by premarital sex and may end up with second best or noone at all who wants to marry you without your virginity intact.
