as toronto already mentioned, my favorite site is http://www.gamefaqs.com but theres many other sites. http://www.gamewinners.com is another I can think of and I think http://www.ign.com has them too (the rest I'll either get wrong or I just can't recall), if you do a search for the game and add cheats at the end, at Google, you'll pull up several sites that can help you out.

Hello, well if you mean pc cheats go to cheathappens.com they'll have trainers for you, but if xbox is your system then you'll have to get action replay or gameshark for success in the game world. But as a bonus gamespot has made a full online guide to playing oblivion which includes tatics to kill. Which can be found here :

As for the pc trainers, get the correct trainer for your version of the game and run it before you run the game then press the hotkeys that are noted with the trainer.

There actually aren't any cheats for it if you have patched the game from Xbox Live.
