Yes, mine will often feel a bit bumpy when it comes to the vaginal opening. What I'm feeling is parts of a thin membrane called the hymen. This is normal to feel. This could be what your friend felt as well.

Not that i know of.
Could be a birth defect.
Sometimes we get things like that, according to
birth, things just happen.
She should get it checked out every few years
just to make sure that it isn't really harmful
and to make sure it doesn't get any bigger.
As long as it doesn't hurt her, or cause her pain,
or malfunctions, she'll be fine.
She may be a bit self-concious about it.
Maybe she can have it removed? If not, that's fine..
Her lover shouldn't care.
