Too many to list here. Right off the top of my head I can think of North by Northwest, To Catch a Thief, The Trouble with Harry, Spellbound. The list goes on and on. Go to this site:

Yes. Here's a few:
North by Northwest
Rope
Stage Fright
The 39 Steps (make sure it's the one Hitch made there are a few out there)
The Man Who Knew Too Much
The Trouble with Harry (a sort of comedy)
Shadow of a Doubt (again, there are a few remakes out there)
Strangers on a Train
Rebecca
Family Plot
Be sure to look for Hitch's cameos. Did you see them in the others you watched?
While Sorry, Wrong Number was a really good film (gotta love Barbara), it is not a Hitchcock film as was suggested. It was directed by Anatole Litvak.

Sorry, Wrong Number for one with Barbara Stanwyck.
Oh, I stand corrected, that is not a Hitchcock movie!
It is good old movie though.
I have all those you mentioned.
