my ex had three children taken from her an placed in custody with a family member after which she was told to leave the state or go to jail i have tried to bring this to the states attention and they tell me it is not my problem she also committing wlfare fraud with help of her family once again when calling to lodge a complaint they tell me it is not my problem

Take the next step,notify a local TV station with a community help program as ang govt agency hates publicity of the worse kind. Things will happen I promise .Then get an attorney for any legal problems youre having. Good luck
