as quickly as I get extremely pissed off (in lots of cases that is while i'm at residing house), i flow take a tub, and that i'm getting so immersed in taking a tub that I overlook that i became mad =P, and then I return to my situation. sometimes the excellent way is only to yell it out. For me that for the period of lots of cases incorporates tears. while i understand i'm extremely mad, I attempt to no longer do something it is going to take extremely some precision, because of the fact i understand i'm only going to be too mad to do it acceptable, and in lots of cases that only fuels my frustration and anger. sometimes there are only some those that i can communicate over with to calm down. they are only very comforting buddies. sometimes if those varieties of buddies are no longer available to me while i desire them, i attempt to remind myself that I owe it to the guy i'm with to no longer make a scene. eating water additionally facilitates me too, or gazing an exciting teach on television.

it depends on what im nevous about i take anxioity pills cause i have panic attacks alot
