I have found about eight or more four leave clovers this past summer, and have kept them all, but I was wondering why? Two yesterday, and another today, and I don't even try. If I find too many is it bad luck? And should I not tell anyone that I find them, will the luck go away if I do? Should I keep the next one I find a secret like the Old wives tale says? Does anyone know for sure?

I've already told my siblings about them, and have just heard the Old wives tale a few moments before posting the question, and I'm a firm believer in luck.

A 4 leaf clover is suppose to bring good luck but they are sometime a very rare find..........................................................

I found a four leaf clover and it fell apart.
It is only a romantic thought that four leaf clovers bring luck.
It is only a plant and one of God's creations. Look at them and enjoy them for they are harder to find. In doing some research awhile back it was said that it was a mutated plant that didn't form properly. I how ever tend to believe that God places little treasures here and there for us to find and admire. Like rainbows and if your blessed enough you'll find a whole sand dollar on the beach.

Um I think your going a little dramatic on this, its very cool that you found them! And that many! Its not bad if you find a lot of a plant, i mean unless its poison ivy or something. So, its just considered luck when you find them because they're rare, i don't think you will have anything bad happen to you if you tell people you found a plant, just relax, its a small green thing that happens to have four leaves, don't get worked up. Its pretty cool you found that many though.

i think you should sell them on e-bay.. wrap them up in little plastic bags .. make sure they dont break apart. you could get quite a few bucks for them.. i would even buy one.
