I love final fantasy 10 and 12 but I hear many ppl say they dont like the gameplay for 12 and ppl say ff 10 is lame but I want to see what everyone here think's about these two great games.

omg nicole ff10 and 12 are both my favorite games. whats not to love they're both epic and they both have stunning visuals and the gameplay is great to top it off. although ff 10 is a little short i still don't care because i own it and to me it's one of those games where u can keep starting new files and it doesn't get old.

Between the two games I have something like 500 hours of gameplay...There is nothing I don't have in Final Fantasy X and the only thing in Final Fantasy XII that I don't have is the Zodiac Spear because I was a moron and opened all of the chests on the beach in Phon Coast before I realized what they were....Aye aye aye.
Final Fantasy X was probably the 2nd best story (In my opinion anyway) and the battle system in FFXII..the only complaint I have is that attacks from behind don't seem to hurt the opponents any more than attacks from the front...I always liked that feature in the other Final Fantasy games.
Final Fantasy VII remains the best story...I loved the materia system too....Final Fantasy rules.

The gameplay for XII was great, I found the storyline lacking. I still love it, though. The new battle system totally rocks. There are no more random encounters. You can see all the enemies on the screen, and you can choose to flee or fight. The graphics are amazing. There is what is called a "gambit" system, where you can set it to automatically cast a spell (like cure) when you life gets below a certain percent. My only grievance with FFXII is (like I stated above) that the storyline isn't as strong as previous FF. FFX is my fave, too. But FFXII is definitely worth checking out.

ff 10 is friggin amazing
i luv it
my fav game
its the only one ive played
i think its the best one
if u get the ultimate weapons its even funner

I played it most with Baltheir Penelo and the main dude, forgot the name, I gave up on it in that hall before you get to I don't know the capital of the empire or so.

yeah i prefer FFX more than FFXII coz;
FFX has better storyline
aeons were amazing
overdrives were excellent
FFXII story line is weak
espers are disappointingly weak
quickenings are so weak
FFX is the best among the two

I think they are both great games, but my favorite was FF8.
