I tried it after years of not doing so last year when I bought my granddaughters one!!!

actually just a few days ago. my cousin gave me a hoolahoop as a party favor from her 7th birthday. it turns out at my old age of 20 i can no longer hoolahoop worth anything! its quit sad.

About a month ago while playing in the aisles in Walmart with my kids. I was bragging that I used to be the hula-hoop queen at my local Sonic back in the day when they had old car shows, hula-hoop girls and Elvis impersonators. I would win every Saturday they put on a show, until I got a trophey not to mention lots of free food. Needless to say at at 12 I was alot better then than I am now at 26.

In 1998. I was the last one standing using 2 hula hoops but I was the only young person in a group of bunch of old ladies... Fun memories, though.

my ex used to hoolahoop for hours for exercise...it was so boring...so for fun, i used to imagine her hoolahooping w/o the hoolahoop...it looked ridiculous!!

When I was 12. It was July 12,1982,at approximately 1:12 p.m. A hot day as i recall. I remember my hands were sticky. I was only wearing swimming trucks,following a backyard water-fight. I have photographs of the entire incident. I could sell you one.
