if you're in rural eastern Montana, we can't help other than to cite the usual litany of internet websites.

for myself, I bought all the parts from newegg.com and built my own. Used name brand throughout. This way, I paid only for what I really want and need. My box is solid as a rock -- no hardware issues at all and minimal software problems [hey -- no one can completely escape MicroSoft's errors, now can they?]

Go to www.acer.com. I have a 19 inch laptop that I have been using for 3 years. It is the best computer that I have ever had. And I bought it at half the cost of a Dell.

Best Buy or if your a canadian Future shop.

If your american Circuit City.

Or call Dell.

do not buy acer here a low end crap laptop.
