Someone has to have the answer to this. I've checked all addresses for my block on ATT for DSL availability and I'm the only house that can't get it! Why??

1. ATT is lying to you.
2. You are too far (distance) from the local exchange.
3. You are on a Pair Gain Device.
4. ATT is out of room on their D-SLAM and won't upgrade.
5. The cable coming into your hose is of low quality and needs replacing.

assuming that ATT is your landline provider, this is a question for the techs at ATT.

getting a tech to actually check the line is a bit of a hassle ... you 1st have to get to a real operator who knows what they're doing -- so call in the daytime on a work day.

what i'd suspect offhand is that an error was made in the database supporting their DSL availability system and your phone number was omitted. No clue as to why.
