The belief that we are unique and that no matter how bad they are with everyone else, for us, they will be good, which will make us special.

Its actually a status thing.
Ppl who are attracted to 'bad' boys or girls have poor self esteem, and perceive the 'bad' person has higher status than them, and thus as something they want.
If a person has a high sense of self worth they would never allow themselves to be treated the way a bad boy/girl treats them. They would value themselves too highly, and amazingly (and here's the paradox) as soon as they start acting like they're expensive and unattainable the bad boy/ girl suddenly starts to take an interest in them!!!!
And that's coz all of a sudden the tables are turned and they become the one perceived as having higher status.

I think we all want to be Mother Teresa's and want to safe them from them self's at the same time taking focus off of are own bad boy or girl tendency. I know for a fact this does not work.

For me it was the general i don't give a F&%K attitude but i've learned the hard way that bad boys bring more sorrow than joy. I've had much more meaningful and productive relatinships with good guys.

They way they Dress If they're More Wild they're More Attractive so and they're lack of Respect for Authority is another Turn on.

I don't know but men are just too damn sexy! They make me glad to be a girl.
Again I misread the question.
I feel a certain attraction to bad boys but I stay away from them emotionally.

Personally, I do not like bad guys or bad girls. Good guys and good girls are wayyyy more attractive and sexy for me.

i'm asking myself that very question. i am head over heels for a bad boy and i can't figure out why i'm not walking away when all the smarts in me tell me to. he please me like no one before him i know that much but other than that, shouldn't my sense of reason be kicking in?
