Located a Logan Airport, it's a fine location. When I have to catch an absurdly early flight (I live south of Boston), I often stay at the airport. Although I haven't stayed at the Embassy Suites, Logan, in general, is safe and secure.
More importantly, you'll only be minutes from downtown Boston, the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, the Boston Financial District, the Bayside Expo & Executive Conference Center, the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal and the USS Constitution as well as lots of other wonderful tourist spots. It's also easy to get to the other parts of the state from there, too, especially west and north of the city.

No. That's not in Cambridge, it's in East Boston, right next to the airport. I would say no, that's not a good location for a tourist.

This is a good location because you can easily get to the public transportation, and you will be right near Logan Airport. It isn't "good" in the sense that you will be able to walk to toursit attractions, but you'll be close to everything, so you won't spend all day traveling.
