I'm assuming you mean John Travolta's wife, Kelly Preston. If that's the Kelly Preston you're speaking of, no.... she is not Olivia Newton John's daughter.
Kelly Preston, alias Kelly Kamalelehua Palzis was born in Honolulu, HI, and her mother died when she was three.
What would make you assume that she was Olivia's daughter?
